We are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic, and have a proven business model. We have grown steadily since our inception in 1996 and currently enjoy worldwide distribution of our product in key international markets throughout Europe.
As a result of our recent expansion into the United States, we are now seeking Sales Manager to participate on managing sales activities and adjusting sales goals and procedures for NA region. This is a full-time position with flexibility in hours.
Our potential candidate should be an excellent communicator with Sales experience.
Overall Responsibilities
* Represent the company in North America region
* Identify market opportunities and implement action plans for meeting sales forecasts
* New Business Development activities relevant to NA market
* Develop new customer base and handle existing accounts
* Evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume
* Recommend product or service enhancements to competitive advantage
* Reporting and forecasting
Overall Requirements/Qualifications
* At least 7 years of experience in sales
* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
* Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
* A strong work ethic that is characterized by a high degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and high-energy.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality.
* Intelligent and interested in technology-based products.
