I'm looking for a Delphi Developer for a software company in Long Beach, Ca. Can anyone help?

Here's the summary of what I'm looking for: The candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the last five with 3-tier architecture, OOA & OOD in Delphi 2006/2010 and SQL environments including Delphi Pro and RAD Studio (Delphi + .Net); a knowledge of related the SDLC, and RAD procedures and best practices, making them capable of performing a variety of application development and support assignments. Candidate will be expected to possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, command of the English language, and bring a level of expertise enabling them to participate in defining solutions for new application development, feature enhancement, maintenance, and support of new and legacy programs. Experience in POS system development, and game development are big pluses.
