Orange County based IT Asset Management and e-waste recycling company is growing and we are looking to take 5 - 8 Account Executives, Inside Sales Reps and CSR's to the next level. As a superstar, the expectations are high, and so are the rewards. Your job will be to focus on developing and growing B2B accounts for technology recycling, IT Asset Management and Data Destruction services. Our company is in the forefront of the green business wave; we are set apart by our people and our process. We have an excellent team and are rapidly expanding.
• Connect with IT, Facilities, Purchasing or Executive Managers regarding IT Asset Recovery Buyback, and secure data destruction services.
• Respond to RFP/RFQ/RFI's from government and businesses.
• Build and maintain business relationships through prospecting to include making cold calls, social media and networking. Your opportunities are limitless, do whatever works best for you to bring in more business.
• Leverage existing contacts within various industry sectors to bring in immediate business.
Requirements:
• Proactive, hunter with the drive to exceed high standards month-after-month
• Tenacious, driven, fearless, and proactive personality. We want a superstar!
• 2-3 years B2B sales experience, preferably with a consultative sales approach.
• Eager to provide industry-leading services for electronics recycling.
• Positive, energetic "Can-Do" attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to succeed.
• Receptive, quick learner with new concepts and methods.
• Motivated to succeed by both a generous compensation plan and making a positive impact for the environment and our planet.
