Client Services Representative

 

Job Summary:

The Client Service Representative will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Support, the Labs, and the Pathologists.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles all incoming calls from our clients in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Makes all necessary outgoing calls to our clients.
  • Makes courier calls / logistics pick-up requests.
  • Handles sorting and printing of the incoming faxes
  • Monitors the outgoing faxes.
  • Handles client supply orders.
  • Monitors incoming emails from both our clients and the various labs, such as test add-on requests, case status inquiries, and troubleshooting requests.
  • Responsible for assisting clients to ensure successful specimen action resolution.
  • Communicating with the Pathologists and the various Labs in order to resolve various client concerns and requests.
  • Participates in the rotating ON-CALL after-hours phone duty.
  • Responsible for handling Slide loans requests.
  • Monitors QA IHC Pathsite add-ons.
  • Notifies Clarient Inc. Management and Sales of client issues and complaints.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of Client satisfaction with Client Services and Clarient Inc.

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience in a customer service environment preferred.
