I hope your job search is going as best as it can be. The organizers at PinkSlipMixers are doing their best to reorganize and find as many hiring companies as possible. This is a pure volunteer-basis community and all of us are helping one another find work. In fact, all of the organizers are looking for job too. We will be re-hosting events in September, so please be patient as we put better things in place.
As you know, a few of us started a new organization to help local small businesses become better and bigger with the idea that as they grow, they will hire our PinkSlipMixers.com members. TheViralPublicity.com has already had a few events and been featured on CNN. We strongly believe this will work if we work together to make this happen.
TheViralPublicity.com will work to find jobs for our PinkSlipMixers members, but we need volunteers from our PinkSlipMixers.com members. The idea is that if PSM volunteers connect business owners with other business owners, those business owners will want to help our job seekers out. It is our expanded “Pay It Forward” model and something that needs to be done to build the community. By volunteering to TheViralPublicity events, you will have access to business owners who you will meet face-to-face.
