Director of Cage, Credit & Collections
Mid sized property located in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Cage Director:

* Full knowledge an understanding of company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
* Skill in preparing and maintaining records, writing reports and responding to correspondence. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Excellent communication skills. Supervise, hire, train, counsel, discipline and effectively lead team members in support of job function.
* Responsible for the collection of returned checks and markers.
* MUST have 3+ years of Director level experience in a fast paced casino environment.
* Reports to the CFO.

* Start Date: February 2010

* Salary: $85K-$95K + Bonus

 

 

Vice President of Marketing
Large Native American property located in the upper Midwest seeks an experienced Marketing executive:

* Provide overall Market Positioning, Branding, and Strategic oversight with the goal of growing revenues, customer base, and market share.
* Reviews analyses of operations, costs, and forecast data to determine Marketing's organizational progress toward stated goals and objectives.
* Responsible in the development of short and long term Marketing strategic plans, the development of Marketing programs, and developing and implementing an effective database Marketing plan.
* Should be knowledgeable of: Promotions, Brand Marketing, Bussing Programs, Latest Technology, Post & Pro Forma's, and Advertising.
* The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree, and/or Multi property experience.
* Reports to the General Manager.

Data Base Marketing Manager
Mid sized Riverboat property seeks an experienced executive for their property located in the South:

* Responsible for planning, developing, compiling, and improving analytical reports and systems that drive marketing strategy.
* Maintains the integrity of the database to ensure accurate and reliable analysis.
* Extracts all mail segments through a database and ensures correct placement into patrons' accounts for purposes of mailings, reservations, automated voice responses, and E-play cash; and ensures that utilization/redemption can be accurately analyzed and tracked.
* Keeps current with database enhancement and maintenance products and capabilities. Partners with I.T. to develop data base capabilities.
* Evaluates and analyzes the company's operating results by operational segment. Assists in evaluating specific segment performance and profitability by program.
* Reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Director of Finance
Small property located in the South seeks an experienced Financial executive:

* Responsible for overall management of Accounting, Cage, and MIS functions.
* Oversee all financial functions to include, but not limited to: Budgets, Capital Expenditures, Financial report compilation and generation, Tax Reporting, Payroll, Financial Analysis, and AR/AP.
* Manage and direct the financial activities within the property including Payroll, GL, Disbursements, and Receipts.
* Responsible for the production of daily and monthly management reports, financial statements and other financial information.
* Bachelor's degree is HIGHLY preferred.
* Reports to the General Manager.

* Provides support by planning, directing and monitoring all elements of the Human Resources function; recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation administration, and employee safety management.
* Must have in-depth knowledge of federal and state employment labor laws and training.
* Direct the adequate availability, training, development, and performance management of subordinate personnel.
* Requires 5 + years of increasingly responsible experience in all phases of Human Resources.
* MUST have casino experience, College degree and/or Certification is preferred.

Assistant Director of Internal Audit
Large Native American property located in the upper Mid West seeks an experienced Audit executive:

* Responsible for maintaining an Internal Audit function in an efficient and effective manner and in accordance with adopted state rules and the Institute of Internal Audit Standards of Professional practice.
* Develop and maintain an Internal Audit annual plan in compliance with GCB adopted rules.
* Coordinate audit work with the external auditors to minimize duplication of effort.
* Schedule, monitor, evaluate and provide appropriate reviews of the audit work completed by Internal Auditors, in accordance with policies and the Institute of Internal Audit Standards of Professional practice.
* MUST have a College degree and 3+ years of Casino Internal Audit experience.
